Hiking, fishing and exploring are all around this cabin. This is a real log home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and room for all to enjoy, including the hot tub in the garage where you can open the garage door and enjoy the views from the tub. Also in the garage is a ping pong table and fuse ball for some extra fun! You enter the home on the 2nd floor with a 2 sided deck to enjoy the views and to prepare your meals on the gas griddle and gas grill. You enter the home in to the living room, dining room and kitchen area as a great room with full height windows, gas fireplace/stove, smart TV, leather couches, large dining table and a perfect kitchen for the best chef. On this same level is the king bed master suite and also the laundry area. Upstairs is the loft with TV, and the second bedroom with private bath and queen bed and more views. Downstairs from the main level is the third bedroom with a queen bed and full bed. This room also has a private full bathroom. This level has access to the garage with a hot tub and other areas to play. This home is located in the San Juan River Village subdivision with private fishing access to the San Juan River as well as some fishing ponds located around the neighborhood. Please ask for more information on fishing. All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises. We highly recommend 4WD vehicles during the winter. This home is pet friendly (only with prior approval) This home does not have AC Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking. House was very clean and has great amenities. The property managers were also fantastic and easy to work with.
