  • Don't rent a condo with someone above, below or to your side, this 2-bedroom, 1 bath new build modular home 1 mile from, restaurants and store, 6 miles from Springs Resort and old town will make your stay in Pagosa comfortable and stylish. Residential neighborhood, you will see people walking dogs and kids riding bikes. Home is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Window AC in
    Livingroom, Wi-Fi and streaming channels. One full bed, 1 daybed, living room sofa turns into queen-size bed. Accommodates 4 people, no children under 5 home not child proof. No individuals other than registered guest total of four are allowed in the home, this means any family members that may live in the area as well as friends you might meet during your stay. Off street parking for 1 car. No street parking. Bring your bikes, great area for riding and taking walks.
