About this property
One of the best views in Pagosa! 3 Bed/2 Bath only 2 miles from town center.
Two miles from town, this 3 bedroom/2 full bath on 8 acres has some of the best views of the San Juans. A large front deck with a propane fire pit and plenty of seating is a perfect place to enjoy a spectacular sunset, watch a storm roll over the mountains, or star gaze an unlimited sky. The house is open but cozy, with comfortable beds, large TVs, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, laundry room with washer/dryer, and fast fiber optic connectivity. We can accommodate up to six people comfortably, and plenty of parking and room in the garage for one vehicle. The back deck has a large Blackstone and lounge chairs for a great southern exposure and National Forrest views. All of this with a sense of seclusion, but only a few minutes from town, restaurants and the hot springs.

We've stayed in Pagosa 5 times (via VRBO) and this was by far the best place. Spacious, comfortable beds, a garage! (could keep skis on rack overnight), full kitchen, and comfortable living spaces. Short drive to town and the ski area, highly recommended, Scott
This was our 3rd stay on Easy Street and everything to do with the house met our expectations for a wonderful experience. The views from this house are among the best in town and Ty was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with with very prompt communications. The Blackstone was an added bonus. Even cooler were the mule deer that made their way across the property a time or two. We would definitely stay at 505 Easy Street again!
