The half that is covered has plentiful outdoor seating and charming lights making it the ideal meal location no matter the weather. To the right of the living room is the master bedroom and bathroom which boasts not only a king bed, but a deep tub, tiled shower, walk-in closet, AND private access to the deck with more seating. It was quiet and surrounded by a gorgeous forest. The hot tub was so relaxing, the heated deck and grill served some wonderful meals, there was a great game room downstairs and plenty of games to keep us busy on the snowy days. The hosts were responsive and readily available to help us at any time if needed. The beds were very comfy and each room had its own temperature controls. The garage access was a great benefit. Loved the hot tub; views were awesome! Some thoughts for the owner: 1)) Instructions for using the television as it appears there is only ROKU but there are no local channels to get news, weather. sports, 2) It is hot in the unit! We attempted following instruction for closing windows during the day and opening at night but really didn't want to keep them open at night due to the potential for local critters getting in. The main room has no curtain or screen door and that would help with the heat. 3) we did find silverfish in drawers/bathrooms and some towels. ##### Jay V. It is a little bit of a drive from 160, but easy to get into town. The solitude was great and the neighbor's horses were the delight of the five year old girl in our group. This place was amazing! We will definitely be returning. The house had everything we needed and had plenty of space for everyone. There were lots of things to do in the area. The only thing was the grill was not functional due to a regulator issue other than that it was amazing here. Can’t say enough about how great this house was for our ski trip. The house layout is so great, and the amenities are top notch. Victor from the management company was great with communication, and the property was clean and had million dollar views. Location is amazing, as it is secluded but easy to get to downtown Pagosa, and an easy drive to hWolf Creek ski basin. It looked just like the pictures & had lots of space for a group of 7\. We loved being outdoors; we sat on the back deck with fire pit going to keep us warm as we watched the sunrise & sunset. The hot tub was lovely after hiking in the area. We had quick & pleasant service for the few things we needed from management company. We ate meals on the back porch and saw hummingbirds, wild turkeys, and a doe and fawn. The accommodations were very comfortable and spacious and fit our group perfectly. The separate children's quarters downstairs (with foosball and a TV in addition to a bunk room) were great. The hot tub was a hit after long hiking days, and we appreciated the hot tub being made ready for us before our arrival. Everything was well thought out and welcoming. ##### Melani N.
