This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom cabin (sleeps 8) offers peace and tranquility while being only a few miles away from shopping, restaurants, and uptown amenities. ▪️Guest Bedroom (Main Level): Twin bunk bed (2 twin beds) with en suite bathroom.
▪️Guest Bedroom (Lower Level/Basement): Twin bunk bed (2 twin beds).
▪️Guest Bathroom (Lower Level/Basement): Convenient for all guests.

Security Deposit:
The security deposit is not counted in the total. The deposit is $300.00. This is fully refundable and not a charge just a temporary hold placed on the card 2 days before arrival and released 4 days after departure as long as there have been no damages. The deposit is through our company, Bearskin Lodges, and not through the booking platform.

Must be 25 years of age to book, no third party renters. A signed rental agreement and a $300 security deposit hold and photo ID required.

Quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am. Maximum guest count is 8 (infant - adults included). No parties or events allowed.
