Touch of Green is a blissful, charming, hidden gem in the Hatcher Lake suburbs of Pagosa. Tranquil in its design and location, this pet-friendly, gorgeous two-story home is just waiting to accommodate your next vacation. Whether it be getting ready for a day of play by sipping coffee on the back patio among the pines or unwinding in the hot tub under star-studded skies, Touch of Green will exceed your expectations of a peaceful Colorado retreat.



**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your winter season travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. Touch of Green is located in the relaxing suburb of Hatcher Lake and is minutes away from San Juan National Forest Access, Hatcher Lake, and so much more!

Sunlight streams across the open floor plan kitchen, dining room, and living room from large windows that offer a view of the pines in the backyard. The kitchen is directly to your left upon entry and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island perfect for chatting while cooking. The main area is characterized by an elegant spiral staircase. Directly ahead is the living room with ample seating, a smart TV, and a full sofa sleeper. To the right is the dining room with a wood-burning stove for convenience and ambiance.

The back patio is a slice of heaven with a bubbling hot tub, charcoal Weber grill, outdoor seating, and swaying pine trees.

To the left of the living room is the master bathroom suite boasting a king bed, smart TV, and stunning walk-in shower. To the right of the dining room is the first bedroom offering a queen bed, smart TV, and ample storage. Further down the hall is another full bathroom for convenience. Further along is the laundry room with a washer and dryer and access to the garage.

Up the spiral staircase leads to the loft with a queen bed and work space- perfect for remote work and day lounging!

This was the BEST stay we've ever had in Pagosa Springs, and can't wait to return again soon. Plenty of towels, space, laundry needs covered, SIMPLE instruction and the entire place including the hot tub was spotless. Wonderful rental and team!

Perfect Getaway

We were very impressed with the look and feel of this home, it felt very welcoming and cozy! Although in a residential neighborhood we felt the privacy was great and it was so peaceful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Beautiful home, perfect hot tub!

We liked this house alot! It was a little smaller than we thought but it worked for our family of 3! We loved the hot tub everyday, the privacy of the home and the ease of checking in! Its about 17 minutes from town which isnt terrible but if you're like us, we want to know how far town is! The bathrooms are clean and beautiful and we had everything we needed in the kitchen!

Perfect pet friendly getaway!

The house was super clean, and matched the photos perfectly. We wanted to introduce our pup to the mountains, and she loved it! The home is out in a quiet spacious neighborhood near great hiking. It was also close enough to get to downtown Pagosa in 15 minutes. If we know people traveling to this area, we would 100% recommend it!

Just what we were after

This property was just what we were looking for! It's not totally secluded but still had a nice feeling of privacy. It was exceptionally clean and well-stocked for the four nights we stayed. The area is beautiful, and we even had deer visit the backyard!

Long Weekend Away

My husband and I loved staying in Pagosa and this house met all of our needs. We especially enjoyed the ability to bring our dog and the home was welcoming and accomodating for all we wanted to do. The backyard was an excellent place to sit and relax in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes/tools to enjoy cooking meals and staying at home. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the activities we enjoy. We will definitely stay here again!

We have some great friends that live in the neighborhood so the location was perfect for us. Our property manager was extremely communicative and answered all of our questions. Just a few recommendations: Our friends who stayed there with us did say the queen bed was uncomfortable and the furnace came on in their room first which did make it very hot. Also some coffee/tea would be really nice to have for guests as there was none.The loft was the perfect room for our 6 year old who loved having a little special place all to himself. the stay was fantastic, I would book again!

A walk in the woods

We were just blown away by the access to the trails right outside the back door. We hiked everyday with our dog and it was more than we expected. The home itself had everything we needed and the hot tub was a plus after the long days. The location was perfect for our stay. We’ve stayed in Pagosa a few times but closer to town and we always wanted to be closer to the trails and we finally found the perfect place. This place has more to offer than just the pictures.

Perfect Vacation!

We stayed here for just over 2 weeks and loved every minute. If you enjoy hiking or just being near a quiet forest, this is a great place to reset. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It felt like home to us. Perfect layout for 2 couples or family. The home was very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Close enough to town but far enough away to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Itrip was wonderful. We had a few needs during our stay, and they responded instantly. We did not want to leave, and plan to come back to this home again soon.

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay! Would definitely recommend this property to others. The location was peaceful and there is access to national forest right out your back door. We have young kids and they had a blast. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The only feedback we have is we wish the kitchen table was larger (we are a family of 5 and it seats 4) and that there was more seating in the living room. Otherwise this was a perfect stay!

Great small house

House was just about perfect. Loved the hot tub and backing up to forest. Primary bedroom and bath are spacious. Dining area was a bit small and could use a leaf in the table to be able seat 4 adults comfortably. Kitchen and bath cabinets need drawer pulls, very difficult to open especially with arthritis in my hands. Otherwise, kitchen was great. Property manager was very helpful.

Lovely stay at “Touch of Green”

We enjoyed our stay at Touch of Green property in Pagosa Springs! The house was exactly as listed, was well cleaned and maintained. We had no issues during our stay. Check-in and check-out procedures were seamless. We enjoyed walking through the surrounding neighborhoods. Great walking trails, beautiful scenery and lots of deer! We also hiked during our stay, rented a side-by-side and explored the National Forest. Saw a musical at Pagosa Performing Arts Center and enjoyed a dip in the Hot Springs. We loved the area and plan on returning in the future!

We are picky on where we stay and I can say we absolutely loved this place! Just far enough outside of town but still close. Love how it has the national forest behind the house and could sit outside without anyone behind us. Hot tub was wonderful and great how close it was to the door helped with the kiddos to get them back inside. Also if you didn’t know less than 2 miles or so there is a hill that had snow on it during our visit and could go sledding! Big plus for me is it had a garage we could actually use! 10/10 for us will definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!

Awesome time

The house is exactly like it is advertised. The entire home is clean and located on a quiet, private, dirt road. Not far from Pagosa Springs but far enough to not feel like a tourist. The backyard backs up to San Juan National Forest. So many trails nearby! We love being able to do our laundry and cook meals during our trips and this home was perfect for that. We highly recommend staying here. Be sure to not take more than 6 people…we had five and everyone had their own space (mom and dad got the king). If our other daughter would have come with us, the two girls would have had to share a bed…just want everyone aware…6 is the max:)
