The photos do not do this place justice, when we arrived the condo was very homey, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. It was stocked well and we appreciated how clean everything was. The beds were very comfortable and the ac units kept the place cool in the summer. We stayed over the 4th of July and when I messaged the owner about the possibility of extending our stay, she could not have been nicer about it!! She let us extend our stay and also gave us fun tips of things to do with the kids! The views from the balcony are beautiful, lake and Mountain Views and one evening we had 7 buck deer laying down outside the kitchen window for us to enjoy while making dinner! This was the perfect mountain retreat! We loved that it was close to town, but away from the hustle so we could really feel as if we were in nature. However, once you are given the correct entry code ( we were not, and waited for an hour and 15 minutes for someone to contact us with the correct one ) you find that the cleaning, maintenance, and management of the condo is extremely subpar. Several items were broken, loose, wired incorrectly (dvd player), DIRTY, light bulbs out, etc.,... We were given a $25 Starbucks GC for our "troubles" by the property manager. The condo was furnished well enough, but the beds were uncomfortably firm, pillows were flat and lacking in support, gaming system was broken, shower faucet fell off, lamp heads were loose to the touch, kitchen was dirty with a sticky grime on cabinets and refrigerator, small appliances looked as though they had never been cleaned, drain in bathroom sink had to be pried open to allow water to pass through, among other things... Needless to say, I will NOT ever stay at a condo managed by this management company in Pagosa Springs, CO ever again... ##### MaryAnn A. We couldn’t have asked for better place to stay while we enjoyed our winter wonderland stay in Pagosa Springs. What a cozy & accommodating this unit is!!!! You can tell the owners have thought through necessities & little luxuries. The entryway was well appointed with lots of hooks & shoe trays for all the winter attire. The beds couldn’t have more comfortable. The kitchen had everything that one would need to feel at home. The crackling fireplace on a very chilly night after a day out in the snow warmed our bodies & souls. We really enjoyed this unit & will definitely share it with friends looking to visit Pagosa Springs. ##### Jen B. Close to trails, restaurants, town, etc. Beds were comfortable and had everything we needed to be comfortable throughout the condo. This condo was well stocked in the kitchen with spices and condiments, plenty to cook with. Very convenient location to City Market and restaurants. We saw the neighborhood deer as we walked. Beautiful view of the mountains and small lake. Lots of hiking trails north of property. Piedra Falls hike is awesome We so enjoyed the condo It had all we needed for our 10 day stay. The upstairs with the 2 decks creates a very nice flow and great views. It has everything you need. Very clean, nice and cozy! As a large bonus there was normal things you wouldnt bring there (tea, coffee, filters, spices, etc...try to repellence as you use them). Grill is always nice to have. Cannot recommend enough! PSA if you are looking at your gps, the place is behind the main road! Turn down Lighthouse drive to get there. ##### Robby L. There was plenty of space outside for our kids to play in the snow while we watched from the balcony.
