This cute home is close to the golf course, rec center, grocery store, coffee shop and many restaurants and other places for you and your guests to enjoy. Wolf Creek Ski Area, The Hot Springs, San Juan River, Fishing Lakes, Hiking Trails, Hot Air Balloons all very close. Convenient Wal-Mart is within a few minutes from the home. Large Front Yard Side Yards Back Yard with swing set. Please come and stay at our cozy cabin and enjoy our beautiful, peaceful mountain town.

Perfect little cabin

This cabin was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in Pagosa Springs. It was very comfortable and a great location. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We will be back to stay again!

Very nice cabin. Perfect base of operations for skiing at Wolf Creek. Nice neighborhood that I presume is on a golf course because street names are all golf-oriented. Great owner.

Great place in a very quiet neighborhood. Host was very quick to respond to a couple questions i had about the property. We even had a couple deer stroll thru the front yard while eating dinner on the porch! Would definitely stay here asain!

Comfortable Cabin in Beautiful Pagosa!

We had a wonderful stay with all the needed amenities in a great location. Besides the bedroom heater knobs being confusing, everything else worked well. It was fun to stay in this well lit small home with natural gas fireplace.

Super cozy cabin with well-stocked kitchen. Easy access to town, great neighborhood to walk/run in. We were there four days and really just enjoyed hanging out in front of the fireplace. Beds are comfy, though maybe a tad short if you are 6'2"

Wonderful, Cozy Cabin

My wife and I loved our stay at this cabin in Pagosa. James, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. The cabin was just as described on the website, located just a few miles from the central area of town, with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The area was quiet. The cabin was clean, comfy and well worth the price. We'll definitely book it again for our next Pagosa trip!

Pagosa Getaway

The property was conveniently located close to town and shopping. House was clean and well kept. Slightly rustic, but that contributed to the appeal. Very nice neighborhood. Saw deer in the yard in the evening. Nice views of the hot-air balloons in the morning. We would definitely stay again and are looking forward to our next visit.

Cozy Cottage

This was the perfect place for our long weekend in Pagosa Springs. We were in town for a wedding and it had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 4! It was a bit tough with only 1 bathroom since we have 2 tween girls but we were able to make it work. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bath towels and extra blankets. It was a nice quiet area; got to enjoy my coffee in the mornings on the porch and watch the deer walk by.

Awesome cabin

This cabin was perfect for our family. Plenty of rooms and beds to spread out in, the teenagers loved the loft space, plenty of towels and extra blankets/linens. Everything we needed in the kitchen, wonderfully hot water, and having a washer and dryer is so handy too. Pagosa Springs got about 6 inches of snow our 2nd night there, so we also appreciated the snow shovel and brush for the car. A sweet neighbor up the road a bit loaned the kids a couple of sleds while we were there. We enjoyed Pagosa Springs and our cabin stay so much!
