Riverdance has New LG appliances, central air conditioning which sits right on the beautiful San Juan River. The deck offers incredible views of deer, duck, geese, magnificent long range mountain views as well as a panoramic view of Pagosa Springs and the world famous Hot Springs. The deck is so close to the river that you could actually fish from the deck as well as enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river from the master bedroom window upstairs.

I have appointed my townhome with many of the features that discriminating travelers expect in their lodging, such as a HD flat screen SMART TV with satellite stations, incredibly comfortable beds and two new king size beds or twin beds to greet you after your active day in the mountains, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to grab a quick meal or, if you choose, prepare a gourmet meal to enjoy in the beautiful dining room.

Riverdance is located within walking distance of Pagosa Springs where you can enjoy this delightful mountain village with its movie theater, fabulous food, a brand new nature hiking trail on the river and of course the world famous hot springs.

In winter Pagosa Springs is world famous for its powder snow and you will find the world class Wolf Creek Ski area just a short 20 minute drive from your front door.   • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. Beth’s place was perfect and extremely comfortable for 4 adults. The beds were great, kitchen well stocked, chairs to sit outside on both the front and riverside balconies. The location was excellent, it was close to town, a park, the Springs resort. Would gladly stay there again!!

This is a very comfortable, well-appointed, very clean, and quiet three-floor condominium. The written description is accurate. The near-downtown location is tranquil yet conveniently close to the area's amenities. The adjacent river trail provides easy, 10-minute walking access to downtown. The Natural Grocer store is two blocks away. We would definitely stay again when in Pagosa Springs.

Amazing place and superb host!

Beth is an amazing host and so sweet! She maintains a fantastic place in Pagosa and is so great to work with. The location is ideal and we love visiting! The house is perfect for our family of 5. We love being on the river and the kids love the ping pong table in the garage. And nothing is more relaxing than coffee on the patio in the morning, except for maybe wine on the patio in the evening.

Ski vacation

We loved our stay here at Riverdance. It was very clean and stocked extremely well. Enjoyed morning coffee with the sounds of the river, ducks and geese. It had everything we needed…and then some…comfy and cozy.

Lovely condo on the river!

The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The location was perfect and we were able to bike and walk to downtown. We were able to float right by when we tubed on the river! We would stay here again.

Weekend Trip

This was the perfect size for our family of 5 (including teen/ adult children); everyone had a bed and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The location is perfect and the views from the unit are amazing. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay, very centric so everything was within a few minutes by car.The stay was perfect and we enjoyed the views from the balcony.The townhouse as a whole was very nice, the fireplace definitely heats it up fast, The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook, which was such a bonus. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return in the future. Highly recommend it!!!

Awesome stay for a labor day weekend in Pagosa Springs. We loved the location right on the San Juan River. Very close to the hot springs and down town. Property manager was great!

This condo was as advertised. Right on the river, great views, and a garage. You can walk to town and the hot springs and it’s an easy drive to Wolf Creek. The host is very attentive and the condo is the most stocked rental we have ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well and there were plenty of towels and blankets.
