Close to Town, Park, River, Hot Springs This downtown Pagosa Springs townhome is a stones throw away from the San Juan River and Yamaguchi Park with access to the Riverwalk trail out the front door. With modern amenities in every room, this unit is a perfect getaway for you and your family or friends. Walking distance to the Springs Resort, Reservoir Hill and downtown Pagosa Springs shops, breweries, coffee shops and restaurants. If you like to fish, you'll love the access to some of the best fishing on the San Juan river. Winter fun snow sledding is across the river on Reservoir Hill. This home has a wonderful downstairs with spacious kitchen, dining and living areas with a 1/2 bath. Upstairs, there are essentially 2 master suites with private baths and a laundry room in between.
