It's close to horseshoe bend and antelope canyon, and has a space for your boat if you're here for the lake. We were, however, disappointed to find the indoor and outdoor spaces in need of minor repair and lots of cleaning. The beds, with the exception of the master, were worn out and uncomfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, etc but lacking in the practical utensil and cookware department. The listing also seemed a bit mis-leading—we weren’t expecting it to be located in a busy neighborhood— it appeared in the photos to be on a more secluded lot with no close neighbors. We very much enjoyed the size of the bathrooms, and the covered back porch was a nice space, if only we hadn’t had to clean it up in order to use it. ##### James L.
