Centrally located in Canyon Country and the middle of the Grand Circle, you will be able to visit many exciting destinations including Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon and much more! Bring your boats, trailers, off-road vehicles, there is plenty of space for all. ATVs can be ridden right off the back of the property onto the surrounding trails. Watch the sunset on the large covered deck as it falls across the Vermillion Cliffs. Let the kids play in the huge backyard grassy area. Inside you'll find plenty to do with the large open concept great room with fully stocked kitchen, seating for 16 at the dining, bar area and nook, and a large 60" flat screen TV. The downstairs has an oversized projector screen for great movie-watching and a game area set up with ping pong and game table. This home has 1 King Bed, 5 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Bed, 1 Queen sleeper sofa and 2 twin rollaway beds. All the furniture is comfortable for winding down after a long day playing outdoors. There are two Heat Pumps/ACs to keep you cool in summer and warm in the winter. Property is fully fenced with a separate dog area with access into the corner of the garage for those hot days for your pet. We had 5 couples and each was able to have their own bedroom. It was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. There was plenty of space to park our boat each night. This house is central to restaurants, both lake Powell marinas and horseshoe bend. It has a huge dining table that we sat around each night and played games. We would definitely stay here again. We had a glitch and the owners were most accommodating. Thank you. We made a couple of suggestions as to kitchenware and I am confident they will add a few needed items. There was plenty of space to spread out and everyone had their own space. Great location. Excellent communication with mangers. It had everything we needed and is really comfortable.
