Very comfortable, spacious and uncluttered with a large kitchen, Washer and dryer, Iron and Board. Home is very clean and no animals have been allowed. Front door deck is Ideal for the early morning sunrise and cup of coffee. Off the deck to the front patio is a gas BBQ and glass patio table and 4 chairs. Plenty of parking for 4 Vehicles in front and boat and trailer or jet skis on the side of the home . Outside motion detector lighting ,Please be kind, respectful and mannered to the neighbors. Not counting, the smoke from the Grand Canyon fires. The property was excellent. Being near the airport was not an issue. It was stocked well with dishes, cooking stuff and most importantly, a coffee machine . After 6 National Parks and Antelope Canyon, we were out of clothes. When we arrived this time, we discovered the washer was not working.
