Get ready for summer adventure--LAKE POWELL IS OPEN and brimming with possibilities! The Stateline launch ramp is fully operational, making it easy to launch your boats and kayaks and explore. With around 400 feet of water at the dam and stunning red-rock scenery at the south end, there's plenty of room for boating, sightseeing and just soaking in the views.

Beautiful newer 1600-square foot home that is perfect for families. Lots of large common areas and combined kitchen/dining space. Make this comfortable, spacious home as base to see all the sites in northern Arizona and southern Utah. The house is 5-10 miles to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and Lake Powell and a 2-3 hour one-way drive to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park.

We welcome service animals in compliance with applicable laws. Guests are not required to pay a pet fee or deposit for a service animal. However, guests remain responsible for any damages, excessive wear, or extraordinary cleaning that may be required due to the presence of a service animal. If additional cleaning beyond our standard turnover is needed (e.g., pet hair removal from furniture, odors, or accidents), the actual cost of that cleaning will be charged to the guest.

The house was clean and comfortable. It was nice and convenient to have a pack and play and high chair for my grandbaby to use. One less thing to pack and worry about. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook.

This property was amazing. Not only was it simply stunning, extremely clean, thoughtfully and thoroughly stocked, but it was comfortable and stayed very cool. Even more amazing is the owner. We had several things come up that we needed to communicate and it was virtually effortless. I had not done this before and could not believe how high the standard is now set for when I do it in the future. I would love so much for my family to come back to Powell, and if we do, we would definitely seek out snagging up this wonderful property again. Thank you so much to the owner, you did yourself proud, and now will be the standard by which we compare all others! We made some truly touching memories in the way-too-brief time we spent here. Solid Basic House

The house is nice in the sense that it is a recent build, it lacks a bit of warmth with the concrete floors (which also cause lots of echoing/noise transfer - good to note for those with young kids/light sleepers) but overall its a good basic house. The reviews on the mattresses varied, but if you like very firm foam then you’ll like these beds, my back is still recovering lol. The house has lots of good necessities in the kitchen. Didn’t realize there was an added on apartment on the other side of the garage, but it never really was noticeable except when the tenants were arriving the same time as us. The WiFi cut out on us a few times but we ultimately spent little time in the home that it didn’t bother us too much. The check in/out procedures were easy enough and had minimal contact with the host. Overall the house did what we needed it to do. Thanks!
