"Da Martina," a Quiet Two-Room Apartment

"Da Martina" is a cosy, newly renovated two-room apartment.
It’s strategically located for exploring Padua and the surrounding area: it’s a 10-minute drive from the Padua East highway exit and a 10-minute drive from city centre Padua.
It’s also accessible by public transport: a 5-minute walk away is the tram stop that takes you directly to the historic centre and the train station.

“Da Martina” is 40 square metres, located on the ground floor, and faces southwest. It features a security door, an entryway with a coat rack and shoe cabinet, a bright double bedroom, a bathroom with a window, a comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and, to top it off, a cosy little terrace complete with chairs and a small table for enjoying moments outdoors.
The sleeper sofa is very comfortable to sleep on, but when it’s open, you can’t access the terrace: after sleeping, just fold it up and it becomes a sofa again—the whole process takes just a few seconds.
There is a building car park, and otherwise, there are free parking spots around the house.
