L’appartamento si distingue per la sua vista sul giardino, la presenza di un balcone privato e una terrazza perfetta per rilassarsi all’aria aperta dopo una giornata di visite o impegni di lavoro. Grazie alla vicinanza alle principali arterie stradali e ai mezzi pubblici, è facile raggiungere sia il centro storico di Padova che le città vicine. Centro Commerciale Giotto a 200 metri dalla casa. Farmacia Supermercati bar ristoranti lavanderia estetista parrucchiere bancomat e negozi di vario genere.
