GREAT VIEW, little support
THE VIEW IS STUNNING, A VIEW OF MEDIEViL PADOVA THAT WAS AMAZING. The problem was reception. Was in touch be email. Told reception thru email I might arrive 5 or 6PM due to train connections. The told me by email I would arrive by 5PM. Arrived a little past 6PM, no one around to give us keys, the place is a B N' B type apartment. No access to internet so turned on data on phone, incurring roam charges. Received nasty email saying I was late, person with keys had to go. They sent a new person. They complained I was out of luck cause that person speaks Italian. I speak Italian, the person lets us in but she is a character , right out of a Fellini movie, she gabs with me way too long. She tells me owner has hired her company to manage bookings. OWNER NEEDS TO GET ANOTHER COMPANY TO MANAGE. Had no hot water, she failed to tell us how to turn it on. Difficult to open terrace door. Spigot of sink in kitchen loose. Wifi in and out. Very slow support from apartment agent. In short, a GREAT view, not so great experience.
