"Came here for our honeymoon and was not disappointed. There were constantly events going on so you were always entertained. I do have to say, this is more for a family-friendly getaway and less so for a romantic getaway, however the area has great food and shopping, even within the hotel grounds. Most excursions are also nearby which was helpful and very walkable into town. We were "upgraded" to another tower which was not at all a disappointment - we were now closer to the beach and had our own balcony. The front desk was so apologetic as our original room was not available and this tower was not yet updated, but we were much happier with this option anyway! Curious to see what the updated towers looked like, however. Highly recommend and plan on coming back with a family of our own."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We booked a deluxe Queen room. The room was clean and there was plenty of space for me, my husband and our 3 month old. I liked the room city view also. However, it was obvious that the bed was only TWIN size not a Queen - we have a Queen bed at home. So we slept quite squished on the bed. Also, the front desk staff did not give us a bit more time to check out. Hence, the 4 star."
