"If you’re planning a trip to Hawaii, make sure you’re prepared to spend, because almost everything comes with an extra cost. Parking alone was $72 per night, and most places you visit require paid parking as well.
For the price of the hotel, I expected much more. The rooms were outdated and did not match the premium rates being charged. I also recommend checking your room carefully when you arrive, including the sheets, pillows, and bedding. I noticed what appeared to be blood on one of the pillows, which was very concerning. While I was in bed, I also felt something crawling on me, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.
Hawaii is absolutely beautiful, and the scenery is breathtaking, but my overall hotel experience was disappointing. For the amount of money being spent, I expected cleaner accommodations, updated rooms, and much better attention to detail."
