"Reservation for September 26th was made around 10:40 am. Confirmed by Expedia. Motel sends me a email around 2:40 pm telling me I have no reservation but I never see the email because I am traveling. Then I get to Brookings and find out there is no room for me and the only thing the desk clerk says ..."
