Top Pacific Northwest Hotel Reviews

The Paramount Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great hotel and walking distance from many attractions and stores. Paid open parking across the street which was convenient. Very clean all around. "

Executive Hotel Pacific
2/10 Terrible
"I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service during my stay. The hotel itself is decent, the lobby area above the check-in desk is nice, and while the rooms are small, they have the basics you need. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by serious issues in the room and how they were handled.
When I arrived, my room was unbearably hot. I read the note by the window explaining the hotel’s seasonal heating/AC plan, which advised opening the window. However, when I tried to do so, I discovered the window was broken. It suddenly slammed shut and nearly severed two of my fingertips. It was both dangerous and painful.
I went downstairs to explain the situation. A staff member came up to inspect the room and agreed that it was extremely hot and had a disgusting smell. He said he would return with a solution, but instead came back with two spray bottles and began spraying strong scents all over the room, on the walls and in every corner. I expressed concern, especially since the window couldn’t properly open, but by then it was already done.
He then used a bath towel to prop the window open about five inches. I asked if I could please be moved to another room, but was told the hotel was full. I asked repeatedly for any alternative solution and was told, verbatim, “I will go down and see what I can do for you.” I also requested to speak with a manager or owner, but that request was not accommodated.
He left and said he would be right back, but never retur"

Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
8/10 Good
"Room was clean and comfortable. Nice peak-a-boo view of the harbour and north shore. Excellent walkable location. Brunch in the hotel restaurant was excellent (server Joanne was helpful and very accommodating). Only thing that we found a bit lacking was the hot tub - which didn’t have working jets and was just warmish. Might want to rope it off completely until fixed as it didn’t seem to be the most hygienic. Other than that, everything was very good. "

Hyatt Regency Vancouver
10/10 Excellent
"Large comfortable room (with two comfortable chairs), great location, friendly staff. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub are fantastic! "

River Rock Casino Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful check in staff. Spacious room and bathroom. Perfect for an airport layover. "

Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre
4/10 Poor
"Check-in is a joke. This hotel has a check in time at 4 PM. However management seem to feel that having one trainee checking in everybody at 4 o'clock is the way to go for a good customer experience. It took me 35 minutes to get checked in with only two groups in front of me then I was put in the wrong room and he took another hour for me to get the correct room.
Also beware this hotel likes to gouge its guests by charging $70 for overnight parking when you can park across the street in a public parking lot for $20 a night. Corporate greed at its finest. Avoid this hotel."

Fairmont Empress
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice property. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made. The room was clean and very nice. I definitely recommend this property if you want a nice place to stay, while pricey it is worth it. "

Mediterranean Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Great location for any event at Seattle Center. Walk to grocery, dining, and attractions. Catch the monorail and explore Westlake."
