"We loved our experience at Harrison. We stayed two nights giving us time to both enjoy the hotel and the town. The hotel has a beautiful elegance of a by gone era. It does show some wear but I believe effort has gone into addressing this.The pools are all wonderful with some variety of adult only, family friendly, indoor, outdoor, warm and cool. There are lovely seating areas throughout the second floor and a huge fireplace to enjoy a chilly afternoon. We did not eat at the hotel however the town has several very tasty options. The German restaraunt is authentic and worth a visit as is Basecamp, the burger place in town. We will be returning in the fall for another visit."

"The first room we got was very small and not remodeled like the pictures I saw when I booked the hotel. The staff was amazing and was able to accommodate me and switched me rooms. The new room was much nicer, however the AC did not work and I had to sleep with the window open. I did report the AC however I’m assuming it slipped their mind. I also asked for fresh towels, and that was forgotten as well."

"The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were great. However things took a bit of a turn as we got to the corridor that our room was on. It was hot in the hallway and when we entered the room it was like a sauna. The thermostat could only be turned down to 20C so we cooked the rest of the night. The room itself was nice. Very clean and comfortable. However we didn’t get a great sleep due to the party that someone decided to have that went until around 2:30am. I mentioned all of this at checkout but the staff didn’t seem overly concerned. All I got for a response was that it was the weekend. Well I was travelling and getting on a early flight, and at $270 a night I’d like a little quite!"

"The Pan Pacific is the best! From friendly staff, beautiful rooms overlooking the harbour, the Club Pacific floor for dining was exceptional, and even the business room was a nice touch for use of their computers and printer!"
