About this property

Private suite located on the garden side of our home

  • Trailside Villa Suite is located in an upscale area in our City of Duncan BC Canada. Our suite is private , with a key lock entry. You will not share the space with anyone else. We have approx 400 sq. Ft. of living space for the unit. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed and also a double sofa bed in the sitting room. The quests are happy with the 4 piece bathroom , as some like to soak in the tub at the end of a big day. The little kitchen area has all the essentials for a microwave meal, coffee, tea, toast etc. The suite is on the garden side of our home where you will enjoy our pond , bushes and flowers as well as your private outside deck which is very peaceful . We are close to the hospital, grocery stores, laundry mat, restaurants and pubs. Duncan is situated between Victoria BC and Nanaimo BC , and is therefore a perfect destination for all your day trips and sight seeing adventures. Have fun touring Vancouver Island.
