"Roomy two bedroom apartment, location was about a 15min walk to Sky Tower, right near to an old cemetery. Property condition was in need of some care, parts of carpet was worn down and had a hole. Apartment was plainly decorated, has a kitchenette with pots, dishes, cups but no soap and sponge to wash them. Goov value for a no frills accommodation in Auckland CBD. "

"The people working at Hyatt Place are very friendly, accomodating,, ready to assist and always have smile on their faces. Although hotel was not beach front, it’s very walkable (a short walk of maybe 3 mins or less). We enjoyed Waikiki Hyatt Place, clean and comfortable, your’re people are superb, will definitely stay here again"
