"Hotel Caza was great! Hotel staff was very helpful at check in and had great recommendations for things to do/eat. Definitely purchase parking as there are signs everywhere that car break ins occur frequently. "

"This place has become my regular hotel when in the area. They’re consistently good, clean and helpful. Every room has a sitting area and nice conveniences. The hotel even has a robot that rolls around and takes the elevator and delivers towels and other items to your room. It’s a very polite robot. Also, you literally can’t beat the location of this hotel, with great restaurants, stores, nightlife actually right outside the front door. Have stayed many time and will stay many more. "

"The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. I requested an earlier check in, which the operator told me it world be a $50 fee. Thankfully they did not charge me that fee. The elevators, only 1 out of the three were in service during our stay. This was a nightmare. Apparently, this is a frequent issue. "

"This was a cute boutique hotel in a nice, safe area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area is quaint and quiet. My only complaint was that the walls are pretty thin. Our next door neighbors were extremely rude and loud in the middle of the night. We had trouble reaching the staff, but eventually walked to the front desk (at 3:30am) and the issue was addressed. Rude guests aren’t the hotel’s fault, but a bit more insulation would have helped."
