Julia was especially outstanding in customer service, friendliness and very knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face and her friendliness was great in a time of stress. As mentioned before, hotel is quiet, room clean, othee guests were polite. Good convenient location. "

"I was skeptical because the price was so low, but I booked a couple of rooms for a long weekend and was really impressed. The check in was quick, staff friendly, and the rooms were very clean. The grounds were well maintained. The only thing was that the hot tub was not in service, but it was absolutely fine since its not really the time of year for that anyway. Also, if you are looking for a full breakfast, you will be disappointed, but a nice snack to tide you over is what is available and the coffee was good. Would definitely consider it if ever staying in Novato again."

"We have stayed at this home before. It is very well appointed, especially the kitchen. The setting is quiet and beautiful. It is very conveniently located with easy access to nearby points of interest. The homeless was spotless. John is an excellent and communicative host. We stay regularly in the area to visit family. The home is perfect for family gatherings. On this occasion we were easily able to get to Napa, Tiburon (Angel Island), Larkspur (ferry to the city), and Muir Woods and beach. Highly recommend."
