There are lots of locals from Saigon that come to this hotel and is very loud. My room had a water leak, nothing was done about it. I requested two bottles of water from room service and was told there would be a charge. But if I dialed reception and requested there would be no charge?!?. So I requested it from the receptionist and was still charged when I checked out. The breakfast buffet is underwhelming. This does not meet a 5 star standard, I would say it's a two star at best. Would not recommend this hotel." It seemed decent enough, and since I had my motorbike, I didn’t mind the location too much. The room was surprisingly spacious with three beds – could easily sleep three people – and had a private bathroom. The hot shower worked well, clean bedsheets, comfy pillows, towels provided, and even a little fridge That said, the place wasn’t particularly clean. The room felt a bit grubby, the mattresses were quite firm, and the duvets clearly hadn’t been washed in a while. The location is also a bit out of the way – about a 25-minute walk to the city centre – so not the most convenient spot if you’re on foot. All in all, fine if you’re just after a cheap place to rest your head for the night, but don’t expect anything too cosy or spotless."
