Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, food served really good. The main problem was with heating which is running in a same way as air conditioning (making some light noise from time to time, as well as running only when hotel room card is inserted into a slot by the door and off when leaving the room). There was a wedding party at the hotel though, so when we arrived, it was so loud, that we could barely hear what the receptionist said. The party could not be heard in the room though 😊 however, this meant, that we were woken up quite a few times by drunk people making noises in the hallway. Definitely not ideal. We decided to stay in the rather inconvenient area as the hotel promised a lot but on many counts it failed to deliver. At check in we were charged for parking that was free with our booked rate and told it could not be reversed. When booking we had asked for a quiet room on the top floor - we were given a room on the second floor next to the lift with a ridiculously noisy air conditioner. We were moved to another room that initially was quieter but the traffic noise from early morning was quite bad. We were initially told the anticipated sauna was open until 12\. It was then discovered it closed at 10 but opened at 0630\. When we went to use it the whole pool area and sauna and steam rooms were a work site and not available but this was never mentioned. This hotel exceeded my expectations! Kudos to the owner who turn this old factory building into a 5star world class hotel. Next time I travel to Pabianice I will stay there again.
