"The room was clean. The staff was nice. And the breakfast was good! The only thing that could have made it better were having another person working at check in, I waited in a long line for more then 20 mins. With only 1 person checking guest in. Was there for an event in the area so to me it would make sense to have plenty of staff during those times. But overall it was a good stay. "

"We booked a room for our anniversary. We are Raleigh natives and have always wanted to stay here but I think our expectations were too high. We couldn’t book a couples massage b/c we were told they get booked 2 months out. We had ants on our balcony. I was told check in was at 3:00 but we didn’t get to check in till 3:45. The staff at the front desk were snotty but the room service staff and cleaning staff were excellent. Being our anniversary and we had to ask if we could have a glass of champagne that was at the front desk at arrival. They have a neat fire pit for wedding parties only- it would be nice if they had those all along the outdoor patio for all guests of enjoy. The tv is dated and the soaking tub is not large enough for 2. I will say the robes were very nice. "

"The hotel was very clean, odor free, staff was very friendly and welcoming. There was available parking. Absolutely no complaints. If i have to travel back to Raleigh i would choose that hotel and even recommend ppl to stay there. "

"Honestly you pay for what you get. It was incredibly loud and the walls are super thin. You could hear the upstairs tenants running around and there’s always people walking by and hanging out. Also the water in the shower stays hot for I kid you not 4 minutes max! It was a terrible shower experience. In addition, for all my women, as a safety concern, I felt uncomfortable that the host had entered the unit 30 min before check out without any communication prior to doing so. No matter the circumstances, that should have NEVER happened. And for that I will never recommend this stay. Book else where. "
