Brand new hotel, cozy room, with soundproof windows and in great location.

Our stay at Maxico Mexico Roma was an absolute delight! This beautiful boutique hotel offers such a warm, welcoming experience, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and accommodated throughout our stay. The on-site restaurant was also a plus. The food, atmosphere, and service were all fantastic. The location is also ideal for exploring Mexico City, with so much to see, do, and experience nearby. Overall, Maxico Mexico Roma was the perfect home base for our trip. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and memorable boutique hotel in Mexico City!

I enjoyed the hotel. I asked for a quiet room and that is exactly what I got. There are a few things I would recommend to the hotel to improve. First the lighting....The lights in the living room, dining area, and bathroom were rather dim LED lights which did not quite give enough brightness. I would have been great if the living room had at least one lamp which could be used for reading. Also in the bedroom...the bedside lamps attached to the wall near the headboard were way too bright and undimmable, and were impossible to move to adequately use for reading in bed. Also, the only seating area in the living room was a very deep couch (which obviously could be used as a bed) but was not very comfortable to sit on. Would be nice if there were at least one comfortable chair in the living room for seating with a light for reading near it. But the hotel was very pleasant and intimate, and well located in a nice area with lots of eating options nearby.

Another magical stay at Hotel Geneve - a place of living history in Mexico City. The staff are all impeccable, the place is stunning and full of artefacts and interesting history about the many famous people who have stayed there, among them Winston Churchill, Marlon Brando, Sophia Loren, Mother Teresa and more. Read up on the history of this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere not only specials but historically and culturally iconic. You really can’t go wrong. They have an elegant restaurant and a really cool London Phone Bar. My only realistic criticism is how expensive breakfast is, for what it is. If it isn’t included with your room, go elsewhere. You can have a similar meal for 1/2 of the price. They could also refresh the towels and provide more of them! Women with long hair like two towels, one to wrap their hair in so they don’t get soaked while Trying to get dry. These are simple things they could improve on - but never a reason to give this hotel a miss. I own a tour company and have brought guests here a few times - all beyond impressed. In fact, staying here will make your entire Mexico City experience one that is unforgettable. Bravo!
