After two years of construction, we are pleased to present our latest project in a dream setting: Villa Coralia, a brand-new beachfront villa offering the perfect balance between contemporary elegance and Caribbean charm.

Nestled on the unspoiled shores of Oyster Pond, the villa invites you to experience the luxury of island life, with an idyllic, unobstructed view of the ocean. Here, the sea stretches as far as the eye can see, right in front of the private pool, creating a unique atmosphere where every moment will make you feel truly privileged.

Absolute comfort
This villa offers optimal comfort, spread over two floors, featuring four spacious bedrooms and three elegant bathrooms, designed to combine comfort and modernity.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with king- or queen-size beds for optimal rest.
On the ground floor: a bedroom with a private bathroom, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a spacious living room bathed in light thanks to its large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean.
Upstairs: a master suite with a private terrace overlooking the ocean, as well as two additional bedrooms sharing a common bathroom.

Located in a secure residence with a water tank to prepare for Saint Martin’s unpredictable weather, the villa enjoys a peaceful and convenient setting.
Just a short walk away, a wild, undeveloped beach lets you enjoy a peaceful swim.
The nearest developed beaches, such as Dawn Beach and its Marriott hotel, are just a 5-minute drive away.
Right nearby, you’ll find high-quality restaurants as well as a mini-market offering premium French and Italian products, along with a wide selection of wines and spirits.
