PLUS D\`INFOS La Villa Cazou est située au sommet d\`un colline qui offre un panorama magnifique sur l\`océan et aussi sur les collines sauvages de Saint-Martin. On entre par un portail dans une petite résidence au bout de laquelle se cache la villa Cazou toute cernée de palissades en bois. On se gare facilement sur l\`une des 2 places de parkings et on accède à la villa Cazou par un petit portail en bois au delà duquel on découvre dans un patio la petite piscine privée de 4.50 m x 3.50 m dans laquelle se reflète le magnifique frangipanier rose de la propriété. La villa se compose de 2 bâtiments tout en bois implantés autour du patio. Le 1er abrite : \* un salon de 20m² ouvert sur le patio et la terrasse, naturellement ventilé par les alizés, \* une cuisine installée directement sur la terrasse couverte, \* une terrasse couverte de 50m² tournée vers la mer et les collines, \* une chambre climatisée de 20m² avec un lit de 1m80 avec accès direct à la piscine et une salle de bain complète accessible dans le salon. \* une chambre climatisée de 30m² avec un lit de 1m60 avec sa salle de bain complète privative. Le 2ème bâtiment est une case en bois située de l\`autre côté de la piscine, avec : \* une chambre climatisée de 16m² avec lit de 2m, \* une salle de bain complète avec vue mer, et même un arbre qui pousse à l\`intérieur La villa est en hauteur et les commerces sont en contre bas. Ils sont accessibles à pied mais en milieu de journée mieux vaut prendre sa voiture quand il fait chaud. Le village d\`Oyster Pond est un secteur très préservée de Saint-Martin au bord de la mer avec une nature très sauvage. C\`est le point idéal de départ pour des balades à pied. Les plus belles plages de l\`île ne sont pas très loin : Orient Bay avec ses water sports, son spot de Kite Surf et ses bars des plage, ou encore la plage du Galion avec sa base de surf et windsurf, sont à 15 minutes en voiture, et la plage de Dawn Beach est à 5 minutes en voiture. Vous trouverez à 10 min à pied de la Villa en bas de la colline : \- 1 restaurant traditionnel qui sert aussi les petits déjeuners, \- 1 crêperie, \- 1 épicerie très bien fournie. Et à 5 min en voiture, une pizzeria. Un peu plus loin, à 15 minutes en voitures seulement, la village de Grand Case, avec sa magnifique plage de sable blanc aux eaux calmes et turquoises, ses restaurants créoles, ses restaurants français gastronomiques, ses bars de plages et son coucher de soleil. The house was lovely and had a bohemian vibe to it. Great views and amenities. The house has everything you need, just understand it's open concept and the mosquitos will bite (nothing bug spray won't take care of). The owner (Zhoe) was wonderful and she even had a Christmas tree up! The location was great and convenient to restaurants and beaches. We had a rental car so it was very easy to get around.
