Step inside this inviting coastal retreat in Oxnard’s Silver Strand neighborhood, where the relaxed pace of beachside living meets the comfort of a thoughtfully updated home. Tucked behind a private fence, the property welcomes you with outdoor living areas in both the front and back, giving you plenty of space to unwind in the sun, share meals, or simply enjoy the fresh ocean air.  
  
The open floor plan makes the home feel airy and connected, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen flowing seamlessly together. Natural light fills the space, highlighting warm finishes and simple, comfortable furnishings that make it easy to settle in. The kitchens' central island is a natural gathering spot for morning coffee or evening conversation.  
  
Two bedrooms provide a restful escape: the main bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk. Both open directly to the back patio, a private hideaway with shade sails for comfort by day and open skies by night. The home’s bathroom features a clean design with a tub/shower combination, perfect for families or guests who prefer flexibility.  
  
At the front of the home, the patio sets the stage for grilling and outdoor dining, while the back patio invites quiet moments or lively conversation under the stars. With beaches, the harbor, and the character of Silver Strand all nearby, the home gives you an effortless way to enjoy Oxnard’s coastal charm.  
  
THINGS TO KNOW:   
\-The Beach just steps onto the sand  
\-There is free parking available for 3 vehicles -Driveway Parking  
\-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party  
\-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater  
\--When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fee of $400(plus tax) /month will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking  
\-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking  
\-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total
