Hello friends—welcome to Sol and Sand Beach House, a dog-friendly home just a quarter block from Silver Strand Beach in Oxnard. Start with coffee on the ocean-view balcony, load the beach wagon, and finish the day around the patio fire pit. Four bedrooms across two floors give your family room to settle in. MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME



Large shuttered windows brighten the living room, where comfortable seating and a gas fireplace invite everyone to gather after the beach. The fully stocked kitchen includes a gas range, cookware, spices, and a coffee station. The dining table seats eight.



Central A/C, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer provide everyday comforts. Bedrooms on both floors give your group flexibility, with stairs connecting the two levels.



GET TO KNOW SILVER STRAND



Silver Strand is a residential beach neighborhood where morning walks, watching the surfers, and returning for sunset can become your daily routine.



Nearby Channel Islands Harbor offers waterfront dining and opportunities for boating and kayaking. Your Guest Guide includes local recommendations for exploring Oxnard and Ventura.



WHERE YOU’LL SLEEP



Sol and Sand accommodates up to eight guests.

- Ground floor: King bedroom with fireplace, ensuite bathroom, and sliding door to the back patio.

- Ground floor: Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and ceiling fan.

- Upper floor: King bedroom with Smart TV and access to the wrap-around balcony.

- Upper floor: Bedroom with two twin beds, Smart TV, and ceiling fan.

There are three full bathrooms with shower/tub combinations, including a jetted tub in the downstairs king ensuite. Fresh linens, pillows, towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided.



OUTSIDE AT SOL AND SAND



The wrap-around balcony offers ocean views and a place to enjoy your morning coffee. Downstairs, the enclosed entry patio has lounge seating and a fire pit, while the fenced back patio provides another spot to relax.



A gas BBQ makes dinner at home easy, and the beach wagon, chairs, and gear are ready for your days on the sand.



BRINGING YOUR DOG



Dogs are welcome for $25 per dog, per stay. Please have them arrive clean and on flea control, and include them in your outings rather than leaving them alone. Sorry, no cats.



PARKING AND OUR BEACH COMMUNITY



Parking accommodates five vehicles: two in the garage and three in the driveway. An EV charger is available on site.



Our neighbors live here year-round. Please bring outdoor conversations indoors and turn off outdoor music by 10 p.m. so everyone can enjoy a peaceful evening.



GETTING READY FOR YOUR STAY



After booking, you’ll receive a message to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our required occupancy agreement. Once completed, we’ll send your Guest Guide with arrival details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.



Your entry code appears in the Guest Guide 48 hours before check-in. Early check-in options appear five days before arrival; early check-in and late checkout cost extra and depend on availability. Dog fees can also be paid through the guide.
