Boasting a backyard paradise complete with a sparkling swimming pool, spa, outdoor BBQ, turf putting green and more\~this seaside Shangri-La is one of a kind! The light and airy house features a great floor plan with contemporary furnishings and hardwood floors. The main suite has a sun deck that overlooks the pool and allows peek-a-boo views of the ocean. Wired with "Smart Home" technology, the property can be controlled by a mobile phone. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a BBQ is perfect for entertaining in the private beautifully landscaped yard. Offering 3 indoor parking spaces and a long driveway, there is ample parking on property. Inside you will find the living room, dining area, stylish kitchen, spacious and open den with access to your large covered BBQ area with large sitting and dining area. On the first floor is also your first guest bedroom with Queen size Murphy bed. Walk upstairs and find the master bedroom with King size bed, access to deck with peek-a-boo views of the ocean and backyard area. Master bathroom has large glass steam shower and tub. On this floor you will find your two other guest bedrooms one with two twins and the other with a queen size bed. Guest bedroom located in between the two rooms.
