"I would say the carpet is not clean,when walking you pick up a lot of dirt on your socks. Also if you stay more than one night you have to request for room service other wise they don't do anything."

"I've lodged a complaint at the front desk about an 1 hour after I've checked in but the problem that I've complained about wasn't resolved up to the time I checked out. (I stayed in the hotel for 3 days/2 nights.) They don't even offer free coffee in the room unlike similar hotels I've stayed at. ..."
