Truly a wonderful place for families to gather. Located right at the entrance of Miami University you are close to all the action, but have a private, quiet place to unwind. Enjoy a glass of wine outside on the back patio comfortable enough to sit and talk all night or throw a couple of logs on the fire and enjoy the large rocking chairs and huge private fenced in yard. It made it very convenient to get to and from a swim meet requiring several trips a day. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having two bathrooms. Owner made sure we had paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee. The little basket of snacks was a nice token. Only suggestion I have is there were not many mixing or serving bowls and baking dishes. We needed to cook for the weekend and did not find these items in the kitchen. Oh yes, the fenced in yard was so nice. Thanks you for allowing our dogs. Just out of town, but only minutes to the University. We were able to bring our dog, due to the backyard being fenced in, which was great.
