Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
I couldn’t adjust the shower water temperature so it was much too hot. I complained and was moved to another room with a shower that worked but the new room was a standard room when I’d booked a premium room and `I wasn’t refunded the difference. Also the toilet seat on the second room was broken.
