to stay. The motel itself, while very clean, is in need of some updates and repairs, but the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay. It is conveniently located near Miami University, so worked well for a college visit. We would stay again!"

"We wanted to be close to the university, and this house was very close. It made it very convenient to get to and from a swim meet requiring several trips a day. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having two bathrooms. Owner made sure we had paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee. The little basket of snacks was a nice token. Only suggestion I have is there were not many mixing or serving bowls and baking dishes. We needed to cook for the weekend and did not find these items in the kitchen. Oh...

"Had a great time with family coming in from California for a family reunion. House had four large bedrooms. However, to get to the double bed bedroom you had to go through a bathroom--a bit awkward. Great communication with owner."
