Lake Front Indian Lake Adirondack Camp w/ Boathouse, Sundeck & Boats

  • Our House/Camp sits right on a stunning Adirondack lake less than 10 miles from the Canadian border. It is in the hamlet of Owls Head 1 hour due north of Lake Placid and 15 minutes from Malone. This rustic lakefront house has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is also a 2 story boat house with four queen beds and a porch on plus a second boathouse with a large sun deck with amazing views of surrounding mountains. Rental includes kayaks and canoe 2 Stand Up Paddle boards, electric powered pontoon boat, sunfish sailboat and row boat. Trailering a power boat to the lake is an option as well. For golfers, the Malone Golf Club with two 18 hole golf courses is 15 minutes away and Malone has lots of shopping. This is a fishing, boating, hiking and golf paradise. Stunningly scenic. Remote yet convenient access to stores and services. Easily accommodates two families but for larger groups this property can be booked in conjunction with our sister property right next door - listing 3406841

My family enjoyed our week at this beautiful camp. I appreciate spaces that allow us to bring our dog. The kids loved sleeping in the boathouse. The beds in the main house were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the large dining table allowed us all to enjoy our meals together. It was very peaceful and hearing the loons call was absolutely magical. Thank you to the owners for sharing their wonderful family camp.

Loved the house, the area and the lake. House is as described, lake is lovely, tons of things to do just at the house and almost hard to leave and explore the area! Our families threw a dart at the map this year for our vacation and we ended up with one of the best trips we’ve had in a long time. Indian and Mountain View Lakes are hidden gems in the Adirondacks and the house is full of history and tradition. Thanks to the owners for sharing this house!
