"Check in was easy with good communication. Location pretty good-- 10 minutes to Jay (with fabulous covered bridge swimming hole) and Ausable Forks (grocery store) and 15 to Wilmington. House was larger than expected-- could have fit a second family in with ours. House was well-appointed and clean with a few of the little quirks that come from being lived in and enjoyed.
