Did not know there was no elevator. Do not like hauling our luggage up stairs. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and is self serve.

Our room was extremely clean. It was nice to have a window that opened up a bit :). The fan/heater worked great. The staff was wonderful!! They were knowledgable about the area, very friendly and helped us when we needed it :). Thank you so much to the staff here, you guys were amazing! We will be back :)

Great spot, breakfast had lots of options. Pool was great for the kids. Had some troubles using the sauna - women’s too cold and men’s too hot! Great stay overall though and good price, would consider returning

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast and coffee was great. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Saw kids enjoying the pool. The facility in general needs some updating with wallpaper coming off the walls in the bathrooms and the main hallway rugs almost worn right through. Staff made up for the few inequities.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Hotel front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is so close to Brightshores hospital that it only takes 3-4 minutes to get there. The breakfast has a good variety and the girl looking after it is very friendly. I didn't use pool but I will the next time for sure.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hot tub was broken and the pool was cold, also the shower in the pool area was freezing and we were unable to use it. The change rooms didn't have lighting so the kids wouldn't go in. The reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub so we were very disappointed.

The place needs to be renovated. Carpets were badly worn out. The Breakfast was only a Continental Breakfast with a few more options. It was very overpriced for what you got!!

Room was not clean when we checked … sticky floor and garbage under the bed. Key card did not work, had to insert about 10 times before we got a green light. Old hotel, in serious need of updating.

We were quite happy with our stay at Quality Inn. We enjoyed a little swim before bed. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious and hit the spot. It was our children’s first stay in a hotel and they didn’t want to leave. The only downside was we had to carry all of our stuff up a flight of stairs. But besides that we would definitely stay again
