    "Hotel is located on the outskirts of Verona and takes approx. 15 mins walk to the centre & approx. 10 mins to the station (which was a positive). Property is tired and requires a large investment for renovation. Hotel is classified as a 4 star but is more like a 3 star, rooms do not have an iron or ironing board, every day I had to request milk/cream for tea in my bedroom. A kettle was provided but the plug did not fit in the socket. European adaptors did not fit in many of the sockets. One..."

Two small remarks perhaps: - there are two wallboxes for electric vehicles on the property, but unless I did not get it, it is only possible to recharge Teslas; - the atmosphere is a bit too 'Germanic' for a hotel on Lake Garda in Italy."

    "We cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the minute. We walked in till the minute we left. The room was incredible. The grounds were breathtaking. Dinner was exceptional every night. This was our favorite part of our trip so far if you are going to be traveling to Lake Gorda make this year destination. The small town is a great place to explore and go to the other busier parts of Lake guard of. We love love love this hotel. "
