We liked the beds and the location and Tempo coffee was great. Beyond that the hotel needs a severe refresh. Dirty curtains and windows, dirty arms on the only chair in the room, porcelain repaired chips in two spots of the actual tub. Brass coloured elevator doors were covered in fingerprints. People sleeping in bus stop across the road. Homeless asking for smokes. I travel a lot and can put up with a lot this was rough. And for what we paid…wow

The room and hotel were pretty dirty and run down and the parking was inconvenient but when you’re downtown I guess thats to be expected. Staff and location were excellent.
