The house was spacious and had lots of character. Natasha was quick to respond to any questions I had. Only comment as others have mentioned was that we did find it hot upstairs while sleeping. Thankfully Natasha has a big standing fan in each room which helped somewhat. The location was fantastic being just a short drive into Lunenburg and other south shore locations including the Lahave ferry to enjoy the shops and bakery there. This is our second stay here and we loved it again! Corkums Island is so quiet and peaceful, while still being close to everything you'd need in Lunenburg. The cottage has everything you need. Bedrooms are big (and there are really 4, the extra one is small but very usable), it's dog friendly and the heat pump makes a huge difference.
