Monte da Portela Nova | Suite 2 – One-bedroom suite, pool & terrace
- Set in the hills between Ourique and Odemira, Monte da Portela Nova is a renovated Alentejo farmhouse with four self-contained guest suites. This 30 m² suite has a separate bedroom, a sitting room with a kitchenette and dining table, a private bathroom and its own terrace, so you have distinct spaces for sleeping, relaxing and cooking.
Guests share the outdoor pool and the garden. Parking and Wi-Fi are free. We live on the farm and meet every guest in person on arrival, so there is no reception desk, just us. Donkeys and chickens live here too.
The setting is quiet open countryside: about 3 km to Relíquias and 26 km to Ourique for shops, cafés and a pharmacy. Santa Clara Dam, the Vicentine Coast beaches and Mértola all make easy day trips.
This listing is for one self-contained suite, not the whole farmhouse or estate. The bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace are yours for the booking; the other suites may be occupied during your stay.
