  • Stay in this beautiful holiday home with private pool, fully air-conditioned and located in a quiet area near the village of Oupia. The accommodation is located at the foot of a hill, less than an hour from the Mediterranean beaches. Ideal for holidays with family or friends! Oupia is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful region. You will find several restaurants and cafés within an 8 km radius. Experience a guided cycling or mountain biking trip to Narbonne (23 km), rent a boat on the Canal du Midi (30 km) and visit stunning Carcassonne. Several hiking trails start from the village. Lac de Jouarès, with a beautiful beach and water sports activities in summer (windsurfing, sailing), is 6 km away. Villages such as Minerve and Olonzac are also well worth a visit. About 30 km from the beautiful medieval city of Carcassonne, you will find this modern and bright villa with large bay windows. It is surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace overlooking green surroundings. The kitchen and bathrooms are very modern and the house is elegantly furnished.

Die Anreise war etwas schwierig, da die angegebene Adresse falsch war. Glücklicherweise wurde es mit Hilfe eines Anwohners schnell gefunden. Der Schlüssel zum Betreten befand sich praktischerweise in einem sicheren Schließfach. Ihr Auto können Sie bequem in der Einfahrt mit Tor parken. Das Haus ist geräumig, die Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmern haben ebenfalls eine gute Größe, ein großer Swimmingpool, ein großer Garten und eine schöne Aussicht. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, einschließlich der modernen Küche. Die meisten Gartenmöbel wurden erneuert, viel Platz zum Sitzen oder Liegen. Die Klimaanlage im gesamten Haus war wirklich schön, besonders wenn man mit Hunden reist. Das Schwimmbad wird einmal pro Woche ordentlich gereinigt. Das Dorf selbst ist hübsch und ruhig, aber sehr klein und abgelegen. Glücklicherweise gibt es in der Nähe, etwa 5 km entfernt, einen Supermarkt. Obwohl es sich um eine schöne Villa handelt, hätte sie besser fertiggestellt sein sollen (vor allem für das, was man dafür bezahlt). herum, Klimaanlage funktioniert 1 Schlafzimmer falsch herum, Fernseher funktionierte gelegentlich nicht, fehlende (Stimmungs-)Lampen usw. Die Betten haben eine gute Größe, sind aber sehr hart Auf der Terrasse gibt es wenig Schatten auf dem Esstisch, aber das hat nicht den gewünschten Effekt gebracht. Die Sonne scheint voll und man kann nichts dagegen tun. Sehr heiße Tage. Versuchte alle möglichen Mittel, aber leider vergebens. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin Stéphanie war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts für uns da. Danke schön!

Das Haus ist sehr gut gestaltet, die Aussicht großartig, unser Aufenthalt verlief insgesamt gut. Allerdings erlaube ich mir einen großen Vorbehalt hinsichtlich des Zustands, in dem wir das Haus bei unserer Ankunft vorgefunden haben, und insbesondere hinsichtlich der folgenden Punkte: - Wiederkehrender Abwassergeruch in 2 der 3 Zimmer trotz regelmäßig fließendem Wasser in den Siphons. - In den Abflüssen einiger Waschbecken in den Badezimmern fehlen Stopfen. - Einige der Toilettenschüsseln kaputt. - Gartenmöbel in eher schlechtem Zustand (daher ist eine der 3 Sonnenliegen unbrauchbar: Die Rückenlehne war kaputt, eine Schraube fehlte), meine Tochter hat den Preis bezahlt... - Anwesenheit von Ameisen in den Zimmern, die unter den Fußleisten hervorkommen und sogar die Wäsche in den Schränken besiedeln. - Als wir ankamen, stellten wir fest, dass die Reinigung SEHR grob durchgeführt wurde, zum Beispiel: Schmutz auf den Böden, Fingerabdrücke auf allen Möbeln (Küche, Esstisch, Geschirrschrank, Türen... ..), Staub und diverser Müll in den Schubladen der Umkleidekabinen und Badezimmermöbel (Perlen, ungeklebte Kunstnägel in den Schubladen, ein Paket mit Kunstnägeln, das in einem Möbelstück steckte), Abfall lag im Küchenmüll, ohne dass es auch nur einen Müllsack gab, Perlen usw Quittung vom Kleiderkauf unter einem der Betten (Beweis dafür, dass der Staubsauger gar nicht da gewesen war!!!), Spinnweben sind in absolut allen Ecken der Decken, dem Lüftungsgitter zwischen Kühlschrank und Waschmaschinenschrank vorhanden Es ist voller Staub, die Laken sind fleckig und sogar in einem der Betten lagen Krümel Nach 10 Stunden ziemlich komplizierter Fahrt war es eine ziemlich unangenehme Erfahrung, die Reinigung selbst durchführen zu müssen, um unsere Sachen einbauen zu können. Schade ist, dass das Haus (das dennoch neu wirkt) nicht generell besser gepflegt ist (viel Mauer).

Op de foto’s ziet het er erg goed uit, maar als je er bent en je kijkt nog is goed zie toch ook weer dat alles met de Franse slag in elkaar geklungeld is. Verder is het comfort van de bedden en het binnenmeubilair erg goed. Het buitenmeubair kan beter. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. En de omgeving is zeker een bezoek waard! Afvoer van de douches waren bij ons half verstopt waardoor je binnen 5 minuten van de hele badkamer een zwembad maakt. Misschien is dat ondertussen opgelost.

Un lieu hors du temps, maison très agéable climatisée, spacieuse avec un joli point de vue. Le seul bémol est que nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jardin : l'herbe était très sèche (canicule oblige je pense), et il était impossible de marcher dessus sans être en chaussures. Equipements fonctionnels, lieu calme et charmant. Le service client est resté joignable pour nos questions, le Wifi fonctionnait très bien : pour mes premières vacances familiales, ce fût une vraie réussite : merci encore !

Wij hebben met ons gezin een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Oupia. Het huis voldeed aan alle wensen en de dames van Belvilla stelde zich flexibel op met in- en uitchecken. Het zwembad wordt wekelijks schoongemaakt en de pomp draait 24/7 waardoor het bad altijd schoon is en dat is wel zo prettig. Het uitzicht vanuit het bad en het terras is prachtig. Met een supermarkt om de hoek hebben we iedere dag tot laat met voldoende wijn kunnen genieten buiten. Binnen is het huis ook van alle gemakken voorzien. Goedwerkende airco’s maken het verblijf op warme dagen prettig. verder zijn er drie slaapkamers met drie eigen (ruime) badkamers. Dit was met twee jonge kinderen ideaal, zodat je altijd bij een toilet of douche kon zonder de kids te wekken. De ligging is goed. Het dorpje Oupia is rustig en daar valt weinig te beleven. Op 5 min rijden ligt Olonzac en daar valt genoeg te doen. Twee bakers, voldoende winkels, restaurantjes en een riant park met tennismogelijkheden. Ook hier is de supermarkt te vinden. Verder zijn de bezienswaardigheden allemaal in een straal van 30-45 min dus is Oupia een prima uitvalsbasis. Tips: neem iets mee tegen de vliegen en muggen. Dit kan iets tijdelijks zijn, maar wij hadden er veel last van.
