Perfect little Riad for a weekend in Marrakesh- great location within the medina and close proximity to the souks. Staff incredibly helpful and amenable- even before you arrive helping you plan your trip. Always happy to help and very knowledgeable on things to do and see. Highly recommend!

The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

This Hotel is truly a GEM. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and very nice, the property is beautiful, well maintained and the restaurant on sight is outstanding. One of the strengths of this Hotel is its STAFF, from the moment we arrived the staff was welcoming, professional, courteous and super helpful. For me this is indicative of excellent management. This establishment and its people represent their country well.

All staff is very friendly and helpful

The staff were helpful and very nice. There are several buildings so unfortunately we had to walk down three flights of stairs, then down a short street then up three flights of stairs for breakfast every day. That was a bit of an inconvenience. The main building seems to be a little nicer than the building we were in. The towels I believe are the same towels I donated to Goodwill in 1982 sadly, one day we returned from our outing and there were no towels at all in our room because they don’t have enough towels to replace your towels when they’re washing them. Thus you are without towels sometimes for periods of time. Unacceptable.Breakfast was nice but no protein except for a small portion of yogurt. Eggs would’ve been nice.
