"The Front Desk Manager made the difference. He was very helpful to me as he went out of his to get me breakfast even after they were done serving breakfast long ago. "Al mio arrivo nessuno sapeva della prenotazione (tra l'altro già pagata interamente), solo dopo mezz'ora di discussione si sono accorti della prenotazione. In tre giorni di soggiorno nessuno ha rifatto la camera e soprattutto cambiato gli asciugamani in bagno. Il Riad è molto bello ma il servizio è stato davvero discutibile "

"The location was great. However, the management need to work on dining options for kids such as tacos, cheeseburgers etc. Serving just pizza is not enough. The bathrooms in the snack restaurant were disgusting. I don't think this hotel deserve a 5 star. As result. I will not be going back or recommending this hotel to my friends."
