The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

Room was clean. Convenient location near souk. No shower curtain so bathroom all gets wet. Our room was next to reception so was noisy. We only stayed one night so was ok.

Probably the worst resort/hotel in the whole wide Marrakech. Outside premises are all good no issue there, rooms are very dirty (everything from bedsheet to blanket to shower and poor lightings) no kettle no milk no tea no room facilities. Rooms were very clean and well looked after. Staff were great and the hotel is a great place to stay with great fascilities and food. Downside is the bars all close at 11 o'clock for all inclusive and the only option hten is to use a bar where you have to pay for drinks etc.
